I'm Amy Rogers, owner of iTrip North Houston. I'm a Texas A&M graduate, and I built this business from the ground up here in North Houston because I wanted to create something specific to this market: a hands-on, boutique property management operation backed by the technology and marketing reach of a national brand.

iTrip North Houston launched in October 2021. Since then, we've grown to 20+ properties across The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Willis, and the broader Montgomery County area. Our portfolio focuses on larger homes: lakefront properties with docks, family homes with pools, luxury estates in The Woodlands, and properties with standout amenities.

As an iTrip franchise, we operate with the technology and marketing infrastructure of a national brand. But the management is local. The decisions are local. The person who answers your call is local.
